Nexa Ltd is a comprehensive bookkeeping and financial management platform designed to help businesses track expenses and income, gain financial insights, manage invoices, and oversee business operations effectively. Nexa provides the following key features:
• Expense and Income Functionalities – Track and categorize all business transactions.
• Expense and Income Insights – Gain detailed reports on business performance.
• Invoices – Create, send, and manage invoices seamlessly.
• Manage Customers – Store and manage customer information and transactions.
• Manage Employees – Track employee-related financial activities.
• Manage Inventory – Monitor stock levels and manage product listings.
• Bank Statement Sync using AI – Automatically sync and categorize bank transactions using AI.
Nexa offers three subscription tiers to suit different business needs. All subscriptions are handled via Paystack (for users in Nigeria) and Paddle (for international users):

Everything in Pro, Inventory management, Employee management, Bank synchronization, AI-powered insights
Users may manage or cancel their subscription by visiting the Subscription section of the dashboard. Subscription fees are billed monthly.
Subscription fees are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as per the user’s choice. Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their respective app store settings. Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google Play Store policies
All payments for Nexa subscriptions are securely processed through the following platforms:
Paystack – for users in Nigeria
Paddle – for international users
Nexa does not store or handle user payment information directly.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time by visiting the Subscription section of the Nexa dashboard.
Refunds:
For Paddle transactions, Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction, in line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
For Paystack transactions, Refund requests are handled according to Paystack’s policies.
Nexa does not issue refunds directly. All refund requests are processed by the payment platform used at the time of purchase.
To access Nexa’s services, users must create an account and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Ensuring all provided business and financial data is accurate.
• Complying with all financial and regulatory requirements.
Nexa’s AI-powered bank statement sync allows users to import and categorize transactions automatically. By using this feature, users grant Nexa permission to access their financial data securely.
• All financial data is encrypted and protected under strict security protocols.
• Nexa does not store or share banking credentials.
• Users can disable bank syncing at any time within the app settings.
Users retain full ownership of their financial data. Nexa only processes this data to provide bookkeeping and financial insights. Nexa will never sell or share user data without consent, except as required by law.
While Nexa strives to provide accurate financial insights and services, users acknowledge that:
• Nexa is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
• Any business decisions based on Nexa insights are made at the user’s discretion.
• Nexa is not liable for financial losses due to misinterpretation of data or external factors beyond its control.
Users may delete their Nexa account at any time. However, they must:
• Download or export necessary financial records before account deletion.
• Ensure that all invoices, subscriptions, and financial records are settled.
Nexa reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.
Nexa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
