Nexa is a comprehensive bookkeeping and financial management platform designed to help businesses track expenses and income, gain financial insights, manage invoices, and oversee business operations effectively. Nexa provides the following key features:
• Expense and Income Functionalities – Track and categorize all business transactions.
• Expense and Income Insights – Gain detailed reports on business performance.
• Invoices – Create, send, and manage invoices seamlessly.
• Manage Customers – Store and manage customer information and transactions.
• Manage Employees – Track employee-related financial activities.
• Manage Inventory – Monitor stock levels and manage product listings.
• Bank Statement Sync using AI – Automatically sync and categorize bank transactions using AI.
2. Subscription Plans & Fees
Nexa offers a tiered subscription model available via Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Store:
• Starter Plan – Includes basic bookkeeping functionalities and financial insights.
• Premium Plan – Unlocks advanced analytics, invoice automation, and AI-powered bank statement sync.
Subscription fees are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as per the user’s choice. Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their respective app store settings. Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google Play Store policies
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments for Nexa subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Store. Nexa does not store or handle user payment information directly.
• Automatic Renewal – Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation – Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds – Refund requests must be processed through Apple or Google Play, as Nexa does not handle direct refunds.
4. Account Creation & Security
To access Nexa’s services, users must create an account and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Ensuring all provided business and financial data is accurate.
• Complying with all financial and regulatory requirements.
5. Bank Statement Sync & Data Privacy
Nexa’s AI-powered bank statement sync allows users to import and categorize transactions automatically. By using this feature, users grant Nexa permission to access their financial data securely.
• All financial data is encrypted and protected under strict security protocols.
• Nexa does not store or share banking credentials.
• Users can disable bank syncing at any time within the app settings.
6. Data Ownership & Usage
Users retain full ownership of their financial data. Nexa only processes this data to provide bookkeeping and financial insights. Nexa will never sell or share user data without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitations of Liability
While Nexa strives to provide accurate financial insights and services, users acknowledge that:
• Nexa is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
• Any business decisions based on Nexa insights are made at the user’s discretion.
• Nexa is not liable for financial losses due to misinterpretation of data or external factors beyond its control.
8. Account Termination
Users may delete their Nexa account at any time. However, they must:
• Download or export necessary financial records before account deletion.
• Ensure that all invoices, subscriptions, and financial records are settled.
Nexa reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.
9. Amendments to Terms
Nexa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
